2014 Broken Wing Exercise

The Reno-Tahoe International Airport Authority exercised the local emergency response to disaster on Thursday, May 29, 2014 with a fake airplane crash in a field just south of the runway.The Nevada Air National Guard's base dining facility was the location that all 'victims/actors' were moulaged (made up to look injured). Master Sgt. Mike Moyer of the 152nd Intelligence Squadron volunteered to be one of the victims in the simulated crash. (Photo by Master. Sgt.
