
Requests a 152nd Airlift Wing Flyover or Static Display: The 152nd Airlift Wing welcomes requests to support eligible community events with C-130 flyovers and static aircraft displays. All requests must first be submitted through the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events process.
Step 1 — Start Your Request with the U.S. Air Force
Go to the U.S. Air Force Aerial Events Website and select NEW REQUEST.
Complete the online Request for Military Aerial Support. This begins the DD Form 2535, Request for Military Aerial Support process.
After submitting your online request, you will receive a confirmation email containing your request number and additional instructions.

Important: Your request should be submitted at least 90 days before your event whenever possible. Requests received within 30 days of the event will not be considered.
Step 2 — Complete the DD Form 2535 and Obtain FAA Approval
After receiving your request number, complete the required portions of DD Form 2535.
For a Flyover Request
- Have the Event Site Certifier sign and date:
- Complete the applicable requester portions of DD Form 2535.
- Email the completed and signed DD Form 2535 to the FAA at:

- The FAA will review the request and complete the applicable FAA sections of the form, including:
- Question 14 — Flight Standards District Office Review
- Question 15 — Feasibility Determination
- Question 16 — Additional Comments, if necessary
- Question 17 — Coordinating Official
- The FAA will return the reviewed DD Form 2535 to you by email.
For a Static Display Request
FAA approval is not required for static-display-only requests.
Complete the applicable portions of DD Form 2535 and proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 — Send the Completed Form to the U.S. Air Force
Once all required sections, signatures and FAA coordination are complete, email the completed DD Form 2535 to:

The Air Force will not review your request for eligibility until the completed DD Form 2535 has been received.
DO NOT FAX THE FORM.
Once your request is reviewed, the Air Force will notify you whether your event is eligible for military aerial support.
Important: Air Force approval makes your event eligible for support. It does not guarantee that an aircraft or unit will be available.
Step 4 — Request Support from the 152nd Airlift Wing
After your event has been approved by the U.S. Air Force, contact the 152nd Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office to request a C-130 flyover or static display.

The Air Force does not automatically assign an aircraft or unit to an approved event. Aircraft participation is voluntary and depends on mission requirements, training schedules, aircraft availability and crew availability.
An approved request does not guarantee 152nd Airlift Wing support.
