Military Funeral Flyover Requests: Funeral flyover requests are made directly to the Air Force Mortuary Affairs:
The request must be submitted by a family member or the representative on behalf of the family.
An email can be sent to the family liaison at Air Force Mortuary Affairs, if working with one, or to AFMAO.HG.HONORGUARD@us.af.mil. Their phone number is 302-363-7704. The request needs the details of the service and must include the Airman's biography.
Aircraft availability depends on training schedules, mission requirements and crew availability. An approved request does not guarantee aircraft availability.
