"The people who are up here tonight do a lot more than just their job, they're in the community, they serve as volunteers at the Boys & Girls Club, local high schools, in their churches and with youth organizations. These are people who are out there making a difference. They are also absolutely dedicated to significant self-improvement. They're prepared for the next step and are prepared to lead this organization," he said.
