The program was developed to provide the highest level of assistance to our families as well as enhance readiness, establish a sense of community, help promote and strengthen partnerships between unit leadership and our families, to improve quality of life and encourage self-sufficiency. This is accomplished by providing a basic foundation of training, education and resources. Our goal is to bridge communication gaps and maintain contact with our families—to inform, support and refer then as needed.

♦ Help to facilitate communication between our families and unit leadership.
♦ Prepare and support our families during separations by helping to improve their quality of life.
♦ Share knowledge of unit and community resources.
♦ Offer peace of mind that our families will be taken care of.
